The UGT Federation Services (FeS-UGT) believes that there will be no real equality in our country until women reach senior positions in business, in the university, in health and in all areas of English society.
Specifically, boards of directors of large and medium enterprises in our country are made in 94 percent of men and only 6 percent of women, despite the large number of women who have a high level of academic qualification (there are more women than men studying at the English universities).
Women are increasingly prepared but they still have to take the last bastion of male power in business: management positions. From the FeS-UGT want to help change this situation so we made this video.
