the draft agreement, called off the strike SE

Valencia, 18 April 2011 .- This morning in the TAL (Industrial Arbitration Court of the Comunitat Valenciana) the company, this time with the presence of Ignacio Fonturbel, besides the usual partners, and the committee have signed a preliminary agreement by which the strike was called off planned for Easter. The terms of the draft agreement are:

· Duration: 3 years, from 2011 to 2013.

· Wage increases: for 3 years: 1.5% guaranteed minimum, with provision for review by the actual CPI for each of the three years.

· Nocturna: Been a complement of 20% of the time for ordinary hours performed between 22:00 and 6:00.

· Temporary Disability: It provides a complement of 100% of the base salary for sick leave arising common disease from day 16 of the floor and a total sde 180 days per year, cumulative over all other possible casualties.

· Day:

o Ability to split into two half-hour and a half in split shifts.

or establishment of a protocol for shift changes by the joint commission.

or 15 minutes for the shower that need workers for occupational risk assessment.

· Individual training leave (PIF): It creates a bag of 400 hours per year.

· Workwear: three changes season.

· Laundry Service: Recruitment laundry service for positions as appropriate for occupational risk assessment.

· Paid leave: can be enjoyed on alternate days for two days leave for hospitalization, serious illness or death and 3 days for the birth or adoption of children.

· Security Permanent Disability or death: Establish a work accident insurance by a capital of 8000, 10000, and 12000 € for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013 respectively.

· Relocation Professional: the parties undertake that, in future agreements, is analyzing the possibilities of professional reclassification.

The preliminary agreement was possible because the company withdrew its proposal for a new contract to $ 10,000 gross per year.

Since the UGT union section we welcome the agreement that ensures the maintenance of purchasing power against the strong wage restraint sought by the company, as well as having made progress in other economic and social matters.
